Indian hockey team skipper Sardar Singh wished the Indian cricket team the very best in the International Cricket Council World Cup 2015 which is starting in Australia and New Zealand from 14th February.

Sardar said as the most desired cricket tournament the International Cricket Council Cricket World Cup 2015 is ready to kick off, he and his entire Indian hockey team would like to give their heartiest wishes to the Men in Blue.

He hopes they play in the best sporting spirit of the cricket and brawl hard to defend their International Cricket Council World Cup. He trusts this Indian team has the skill to defend their title and bring happiness to a billion hearts. 

He said in a statement: “I wish the Indian team the very best of luck for the World Cup.” Defending champions India play their opening match at the Adelaide Oval against arch-rival Pakistan on 15th February.
