Chennai Super Kings home match tickets available from second April
The return of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is making the cricket-crazy city Indian Premier League (IPL) frenzy over the past few weeks. Even the normal practice sessions of CSK are drawing in huge crowds. The fans are especially enthusiastic to see the Yellow Lions back in action this season.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led Super Kings will play in MA Chidambaram Stadium once again in IPL 2018. Often called as the Chepauk Stadium, the ground has had some wonderful memories over the past few years as they managed to host multiple IPL finals as well.
The sale of tickets for the home matches this year is set to begin on April 2 (Monday). They will be made available both at offline centers as well as online, as per the confirmation from the franchise.
The minimum price set for this season is INR 1300 for C, D, and E stands (lower tier). This is the first time, the minimum price for a ticket of Super Kings game will be more than INR 1000.
Despite the fact that the normal ticket price still remains around Rs.750, but the addition of
GST and entertainment tax coupled with other factors take the amount to a whopping INR 1300.
The tickets will be sold from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM and 2 to 6 PM on designated days. The highest priced tickets are still ranging INR 5,000 to INR 6,500 and no more than two tickets will be sold to a single person from the counters.
