England fast-bowler Tymal Solomon Mills has been purchased by Royal Challengers Bangalore for 12 crore. His base price was 50 lakhs.
The left-arm pacer, who had impressed during the T20 series against India earlier this year, has impressive track record in the shortest format of the game. Mills’ economy rate of 7.28 is the second-best among all bowlers who have bowled a minimum of 30 overs in the slog overs (overs 16-20) in the last two years. His career economy rate is 7.47 while his powerplay economy rate is an impressive 7.61.
