1. Mohammad Hafeez – Pakistan

Batting in the lower order and winning matches in hopeless situations is something he has made a name for himself with. He does not buckle under pressure and hits the ball on its merit. As a fielder his contribution on the boundary line is valuable. In the recently concluded series against Pakistan he scored a vital 33 to help the Australian reach a competitve total of 231.

4. Angelo Mathews – Sri Lanka

Arguably, the greatest asset for the Sri Lankan team at present. His batting has come off age and has been in great form in ODIs in 2014. He bowls when the team requires. In the recently concluded series against Pakistan at home he scored two nineties. His abilty to turn over the strike in the middle overs makes him a good allrounder. 

5. Corey Anderson – New Zealand

Corey Anderson is an explosive batsman who can turn the course of the match within few overs with his powerhitting. He holds the record of scoring the fastest century in One day international which was earlier held by Shahid Afridi. An useful left arm medium fast bowler who bowls with good line and length. His slower delivery deceives the batsman easily. In the fiedling department too he is more than decent.
