Matthew Breetzke is a South African cricketer. On 9 February 2017, he made his first-class debut for Eastern Province in the 2016–17 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup. 3 days later, he made his List A debut for Eastern Province in the 2016–17 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge on 12 February 2017. Breetzke made his Twenty20 debut for Eastern Province in the Africa T20 Cup on 1 September 2017.

In December 2017, he was named in South Africa’s squad for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
