Alexa Bliss is back on the championship picture after almost one year. This time though, she is not in the singles title picture. WWE has made her the Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Nikki Cross. These two superstars have formed quite an ally on the female roster that some thought was impossible at the beginning. But they have found success by capturing the gold.
The journey was even tougher for Alexa Bliss as she had to overcome a career-threatening injury that kept her out of action for a long time. Some of the previous reports claimed that she may never wrestle again due to her neck issues. Taking bad bumps inside the squared circle could lead her to a paralyzed state. However, she overcame the odds and made an in-ring comeback, better than ever.
This is not the first time that the Goddess of WWE faced odds in her life. In case you don’t know, Alexa Bliss was suffered from body issues in the past that put her in a dangerous state. Her eating disorder disease turned out to be life-threatening that took a long time to come out of. But that made her a role model to many of the fans in the WWE.

Little Miss Bliss recently spoke with Muscle & Fitness Magazine talking about body confidence issues. She emphasized on the fact that how much it’s important for people to team up and talk about body confidence issues. She herself has been a victim of the issue in the past and hence feels extremely proud to be a role model for the young fans,
“I think it’s very important,” Bliss said. “I remember being younger and not really having anyone that I could look up to, who was actually open and honest about it. It’s a thing that people deal with through all stages of life and people have insecurities, especially now with social media, it’s one hundred times worse.
“So, I try to be very open and honest about body positivity and that type of thing on social media because people take it to heart. People destroy themselves trying to get elevation from people they don’t even know on social media.”
The five-time women’s champion also talked about keeping herself fit in the busy WWE schedule. She loves to eat healthy food and hit the gym on a daily basis that keeps her ready for wrestling capacities. Also, getting enough sleep is mandatory for anybody since you can’t have a good workout result if you feel sleepy. Here’s more from the comments of Alexa Bliss,
“I definitely try to utilize the time. But I try to find healthy foods on the road like Whole Foods and grocery stores. I get in a quick workout when I can, and I have multiple gym memberships so wherever we are at in the country, there’s gonna be a gym that I have a membership for, and you have to find the time and make it happen.”
