During the 17th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) season 8 between DD-KKR at Feroz Shah Kotla Ground on April 20, Yuvraj Singh got out in a very bizarre fashion courtesy great presence of mind from KKR’s wicket-keeper Robin Uthappa.

In the 14th over of Delhi Daredevils’ innings, Yuvraj attempted a sweep against Piyush Chawla. The ball didn’t touch bat, came off his body and rolled behind to Uthappa standing up to the stumps. Unsure where the ball had gone, Yuvraj looked perplexed, and after remaining in the crease for a moment, he strolled out of his ground. Uthappa, then in the second attempt whipped off the bails before Yuvraj managed to return to the crease.

Here is the vine of it:

Brief scores: Delhi Daredevils 146/8 (Umesh Yadav 2-18, Piyush Chawla 2-27) lost to Kolkata Knight Riders 147/4 (Gautam Gambhir 60, Yusuf Pathan 40*) by six wickets.

While spending good 22 years of my life, I found my passion in India's unofficial national game, Cricket.
