Arsene Wenger will have to lead his team out at the Emirates in a few days time to take on an energetic Liverpool side that are looking for a perfect start to their domestic season.

The Arsenal manager still has a bit of work to do in the transfer window with a central defender and a striker still on the wish-list for the club.

Though the clubs was linked with a number of star European players in recent times, the manager has not been able to finish deals and will now have to finish deals in a hurry if he wants to strengthen his squad.
