Some matches did exceptionally well from the flagship show. These had paved the way to set new matchups for the Summerslam event that is coming up, next month.

“WWE Raw General Manager Kurt Angle gave Brock Lesnar a clear ultimatum: Either show up on Raw tonight or agree to terms for a future Universal Title Match. It is nothing more than just a storyline angle on WWE Raw to make a proper way of returning for the beast incarnate. This announcement will likely to hype his appearance. It is almost certain that his next title defence will happen at Summerslam. The potential opponent for him is going to be none other than Bobby Lashley following his big win at Extreme Rules.
Alexa Bliss had retained her WWE Raw women’s championship last night. She will have one week to relax since Ronda Rousey’s suspension is still not over. From next week onwards, her championship reign will be in certain jeopardy. Bliss is going to enjoy her moment tonight with this big chip on her shoulder.
Braun Strowman vs Kevin Owens is likely to continue on WWE Raw for Summerslam too. There are not many options available at this point for both of them. Plus, Owens will be irate after falling off the steel cage at Extreme Rules. He will seek redemption against the monster keeping the bad blood on.
The B-Team had become the WWE Raw tag team champions at the bygone PPV event. The former champions, Wyatt and Hardy will seek their rematch starting from tonight. Plus, Drew McIntyre was the main reason behind Seth Rollins losing the Ironman match at the PPV. So they will go into a feud that would culminate at Summerslam.
