Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has tried to limit the speculation of Arturo Vidal transfer ahead of FA Cup Final scheduled on 30 May and said that he is not in “transfer mode”.
However, the Gunners boss has confirmed that he likes the player and insisted that the transfer activity will begin only after FA Cup final. The player has been heavily linked with the midfielder in the recent weeks.
Reports earlier suggested that Arsenal are ready to activate the release clause of the player which is valued at £25 million and the fact Vidal shares the agent with Alexis Sanchez would be helpful for Gunners.
The 28-year old Chilean is a world-class central midfielder as he can score goals in offense and tracks back to help defense which makes him one of the hottest players going into transfer window.
Juventus have demanded Manchester United £45 million last summer when Louis van Gaal have enquired about the player. The player still has two years left in his contract at Turin.
The signing would one of the key signings for Gunners this summer as they look to challenge for Premier League next season after a wonderful comeback in the current season.
