Mr. Money in the Bank Seth Rollins came out to the arena. Footage from last week’s ‘The Daily Show’ of Thursday was shown where Seth Rollins confronted Jon Stewart and asked him to confront him on Monday Night Raw.
After the footage, Seth Rollins said that Jon Stewart was on his way to Monday Night Raw tonight to confront Rollins. Rollins warned Stewart not to show up because Rollins was not comic foil and it was not a funny situation. He said that he could do his job far better than he could because he was the future of the WWE, he was Mr. Money in the Bank, he was the handpicked shinning jewel of the authority and the unlike the Daily Show where they gave away their tickets for free, every single fans here in the arena paid to see Seth Rollins.
Roman Reigns interrupted Seth Rollins. Reigns entered the ring and said that he wanted to hear everyone screaming ‘you suck’ to Seth Rollins live. Rollins said that he was about to say before he was rudely interrupted that he was more than worth Michael Jordan because he could out work everybody, he could out talk Jon Stewart, he could out rap Wiz Khalifa and he could out eat Mark Henry. And he could out wrestle Roman Reigns and he was going to be the next WWE World Heavyweight champion.
Reigns was not having a good reaction from the New Jersey crowd, Rollins said that Reigns could not beat Brock Lesnar. But Rollins, so as he could beat Reigns. Reigns said that Rollins had a chance at Royal Rumble and he lost. Reigns asked if Rollins was man enough to cash in his contract at WrestleMania. Rollins said that he could wait till Lesnar and Reigns tear each other into pieces and he could wait for his opportunity or he could cash in whenever he wished. Reigns interrupted and punched on Rollins’ face. Rollins left the ring quickly as J & J attacked Reigns. Reigns beat down J & J.
Seth Rollins opened Raw in a positively Zen mood, having successfully goaded Jon Stewart to trek across the bridge and into Brick City to appear on Raw after their online back-and-forth led to a dustup on “The Daily Show” last week. Of course, Roman Reigns ain’t one to let his enemies relax for long. The No. 1 contender to Brock Lesnar’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship put a swift end to Rollins’ showboating, though. Reigns crashed Mr. Money in the Bank’s opening segment, socking him in the mouth and obliterating J&J Security with a Superman Punch (to Jamie Noble) and a Spear (to Joey Mercury). Let’s just say, if Stewart throws a right hand half as good as Reigns does, Rollins has got himself in deep trouble.
