As per the reports in the Mirror, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has virtually decided to scrap the the cash-rich Champions League T20 (CLT20) tournament. It has been learnt that at the working committee meeting held on April 26, the BCCI called a meeting of the Champions League Governing Council and made its decision clear to call off the tournament. 

In the other agendas discussed, the BCCI expressed its desire to appoint former cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid as advisors on all cricket-related matters. (Read the full story HERE)
