Since the very beginning of their signing with the WWE, The Cavinder Twins were compared to their predecessors, The Bella Twins. Some assumed that the newbie duos would be helped by the two pros in the WWE which isn’t possible since the latter duo cut their ties with the company to become The Garcia Twins. But they didn’t forget to pass the torch to the mainstream personalities.
The Cavinder Twins recently shared an exciting TikTok video that also featured The Bella Twins. They channeled a dance routine and the gesture symbolized the passing of the torch from the iconic Bellas to the up-and-coming WWE twins. The caption on the video read: “When the Bella Twins passed the torch to us.”
The segment was filmed backstage at the latest bygone ESPYs 2023 Award ceremony where The Garcia Twins appeared on their own without any ties with the WWE while being mainstay sporting figures, The Caviner Twins were also in attendance. The twins are likely to make more NXT appearances in the future after making an unceremonious debut on TV, a few weeks ago.

The Cavinder Twins yet to officially be under contract with WWE
The Cavinder Twins made it to the pro-wrestling news after they inked NIL deals with WWE in 2021. Thereafter, for the first time, they appeared on TV via NXT in early June as part of Thea Hale’s big celebration. While many have thought that it would finally mark the beginning of their NXT stint, things might not be that smooth for the twins.
If reports regarding their contract situation are to be considered then The Cavinder Twins can still not be tagged as WWE Superstars. Dave Meltzer revealed on Wrestling Observer Radio that the much-touted twins have not signed actual WWE contracts yet. They remain on their NIL deals at this time due to which they could have made it to WWE TV on NXT.
However, The Cavinder Twins are constantly trying to shape up their upcoming WWE tenure in a great way,
“They’re bigger stars in the real world than every single woman there, so they’ve got that going for them. … Them being on TV tell you that they must be pretty serious, and they did give up their final year of college basketball for this — or theoretically for this. It’s interesting.”
