Smackdown opened with an edition of Miz TV with some heated conversation. Daniel Bryan and Miz still possess the same chemistry and we can’t wait to see them in a match.

However, last night was about Bludgeon Brothers and SAnitY who were able to make a statement by attacking Team Hell No. It was a solid opener that set the tunes.

Also, the repetitiveness of AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura was a concern for the fans. But they delivered a good match although from the SNHU Arena which Rusev ruined by disqualification.

So, it was expected considering he is the number one contender for the WWE Championship.

Thereafter, we witnessed a dream team on Smackdown Live in the form of Hardy and Styles.

Since the heels are gaining momentum prior to their title match on this Sunday Night, the creative team allowed Rusev and Nakamura to get the win. But it was a wonderful experience seeing Hardy and Styles working together.

Asuka versus James Ellsworth was more than entertaining with the presence of Smackdown women’s locker room. The interesting fact is that Carmella is getting the upper-hand on weekly basis over Asuka.

Moreover, it is gradually establishing her as a top heel champion. We expect her to retain the title through some heel antics at Extreme Rules.

The main event of Smackdown Live was more than chaotic. It was a pleasure to witness Team Hell No and The New Day working together.

On the other hand, the action in this contest was fast enough to enjoy throughout. In the end, the babyfaces became victorious to finish the show on a happy note.

Overall, this episode of Smackdown was able to build a momentum for Extreme Rules.

Here are the Twitter reactions from it,
